The Polish OpenBSD Documentation Project aims to translate and maintain important OpenBSD documentation including manuals, FAQs, articles and papers. Translating fundamental manuals and the Official OpenBSD FAQ is very important not only to all users, but can also provide good reference for anyone who just want to get an idea of what this particular operating system can do for her/him. The main goal of the project is to deriver translations of most important manuals, like pf.conf(5), for each stable release of OpenBSD. To achieve this many people have to work on manuals and other documents using a CVS server, which will make the work much easier to maintain, as the number of people involved in the project will grow. The second important goal is to translate and follow the changes in the Official OpenBSD FAQ. This effort will (hopefully) migrate to the OpenBSD CVS tree, but for the time being it has to be translated and audited by many people who need a place to work on it. The creator of this project doesn't have a stable WWW and CVS server to set his work on, so he decided to create a project at SourceForge.net.
